Property was perfect for what we wanted to do. Positive: Property was perfect for two couples. Very clean, good parking, close to downtown in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again when visiting Nashville. Negative: Really no complaints on anything.

Really nice condo in a quiet area. It was really clean and had everything we needed. The secure parking is an appreciated plus as their is limited street parking in the area. Kurt was great at communicating and responsive. The walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium were shorter than expected. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this Nashville condo! From the very beginning, all of our questions were answered promptly, even before we checked in, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic—just about a mile from Broadway and conveniently close to the wedding venue we were in town for.One of the unexpected highlights of our trip was spending an evening in the courtyard area and being able to hear the Chris Stapleton concert. It was such a fun and memorable bonus that made our stay even more special.The only minor downside was that there were ants in one of the bedrooms. It appeared management was aware of the issue, as ant traps had been placed in the room, but we found it necessary to keep luggage and clothing off the floor in that bedroom.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and the excellent communication, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations far outweighed this small issue. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Nashville.
